Virabhadrasana III has always been (as still is) a challenge for me.  Balance, of course is the issue, what with my wonky hips and my weight.  I include working toward it in my ongoing home practice, but I especially enjoyed the way you broke it down today, muscle by muscle.  I still wasn't able to do the full pose, but I understand the details of it much better. Hopefully, I can incorporate some your instructions and insights into my home practice.  Thank you for being my teacher.
